We would like to inform you that your personal data will be filed in paper and/or computerized form in our Personnel Department, in order to evaluate over time your request for employment. This personal data may be subject to one or more “processing” operations in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 in order to make any necessary updates. Your personal data will be processed exclusively within our organization and only within the sphere of the Personnel Department, as well as other of other entities in the Group or of other entities engaged by us for the selection of personnel in the event of interest in your application. As a result, we request that you give your express consent to processing within the aforementioned limits. In accordance with art. 7 of Italian Law 196/2003, you have the right to access the data, to its updating, modification and cancellation and to refuse its use. Proceeding with your application implies awareness of the informative note given in accordance with Art. 19 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and your freely given consent so that, in accordance with arts. 11, 20 and 22 of the aforementioned decree, your personal data may be processed for the purposes herein described.
